The word "Nha" in "Nha Viet Nam" means "house" or "pavilion" in Vietnamese. True to its name—meaning "Vietnam House"—the restaurant opened in Ebisu, Tokyo, in September 2002 at the request of the Vietnamese Embassy. Over the years, we have grown by recruiting chefs with more than a decade of experience directly from Vietnam, and today we operate over ten locations.
