A chef who handled frying at Michelin one-star restaurants in Tokyo and Osaka has opened a creative kushikatsu restaurant in Nagoya! Every ingredient is carefully selected, using fresh seafood so fresh it can be eaten raw, as well as delicious local ingredients. The kushikatsu, fried to a crisp, are light and won't upset your stomach even if you eat a lot. Toppings such as salmon roe and pickled chrysanthemums, slowly simmered sauces, and house-blended salt and soy sauce further enhance the flavor. The 'Omakase Course,' which allows you to fully enjoy these carefully prepared kushikatsu, is served one skewer at a time according to timing, until you signal to stop. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere with a mainly counter-style seating. It provides services tailored to the occasion, whether it is a date, family outing, or business meeting.
