A highball made with “Mineral in Water,” enhanced with Suntory’s plant mineral extract. Whiskey mixed with Mineral in Water becomes mellow and umami-rich, and the carbonation forms finer bubbles that reduce bitterness and improve the drink’s smoothness. The Mineral in Water is produced using LIXIL’s “Greentap.”
